The Meta Pool Incubator.
Two cohorts per year. A small number of selected projects. Strict criteria up front, weekly evaluations during the program, and milestone-based continuation. Projects that hit their targets get deeper support. Projects that do not, exit early.
In return, incubated projects allocate a percentage of their token supply to the Meta Pool treasury, growing and diversifying the DAO's reserves.
